I am just in a state of total WTF right now. Maybe it was all the Panic911 and The First 48 I watched last night. More likely it was the news that a man killed his wife, took a picture of it and posted that shit on Facebook. I don't know, and I don't understand. Has it always been like this? Are we just more aware of it because information is so available via social media, the internet, TV? Or is this world changing as a result of those things, or over-population, or ?????
I have been in some bad situations in my time, I have been lied to, cheated, threatened and made to feel like nothing by people (men, primarily) I truly loved... but never once did I think, well, I guess the solution to this is to murder the bastard. And I mean, I am one crazy broad. I just - I can't fathom it, and it is so so scary.
This is the picture and post from Derek Medina - the wife killer (excuse the screenshot from my phone). It took Facebook something like 3 hours to get picture down, so the picture was easy enough for people to get. It just takes this first post for more psychotic freaks to decide to post pictures of their murder victims online. I, for one, can't handle it. It's one of those moments where you just think, man, I don't want to live on this planet anymore...
